Due to the nature of our dropshipping business, we do accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

After review, we will offer one of the following:

Refunds
We do not offer refunds to the original payment method unless required by law.
Approved claims will be compensated through:

Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, orders may already be processed and cannot be canceled.
